Jennifer Lopez has built a reputation over the years for her incredible discipline, intense fitness routines, and age-defying energy — and now fans are once again talking after details from one of her recent training sessions began circulating online.

According to reports shared by people close to her fitness team, the global superstar recently completed a high-intensity workout and recovery session involving personal trainers, sauna therapy, stretching exercises, and endurance-focused conditioning.

The session reportedly took place at a luxury wellness facility frequently used by celebrities and athletes looking to combine recovery with performance training.

Witnesses described the atmosphere as focused but energetic, with Lopez appearing fully locked into the demanding routine from start to finish.

“She trains harder than people expect,” one source claimed. “A lot of people see glamour on stage, but behind the scenes she’s extremely disciplined.”

The workout reportedly included resistance training, mobility exercises, cardio intervals, and extended time in a heated sauna recovery room designed to help relax muscles and improve circulation after intense physical activity.
